Life
I have been in Fairbanks, Alaska since graduating from high school in 1973! As many of my classmates know, it was always my dream to live in Alaska! I have gotten to do what I dreamed: ski, play hockey, have lots of snow, and live in the wilderness!
I met my husband while attending the University of Alaska. He is from Texas! I have one married daughter who lives in Fairbanks with her husband and their 1 year old daughter. I love being a grandmother! It's the best! However, they don't like Alaska so I know one day they will ...Expand for more

I travel back to Clarksville about once a year, probably less now that my mother passed away last summer. I work at a community mental health center here in Fairbanks as the Administrative Services Manager. I have worked here for over 15 years. A different career than I imagined for myself!
If you are interested in visiting Alaska, let me know! I live outside of Fairbanks in the woods and you are more than welcome to come and visit! We have moose in our yard almost weekly! It is never a dull moment!
